Prerequisites and equipment

- Software Tools:
- PSA (Professional Services Automation) and RMM (Remote Monitoring and Management) tools (examples: ConnectWise, Autotask, Kaseya).
- Cloud Tools: Familiarity with AWS Console, Azure Portal, or other cloud management interfaces.
- Basic Office Software: For document creation, contracts, and presentations (Microsoft Office, Google Docs, etc.).
