What we collect

• Account details. When you join free, we collect your email address and a password. Your password is stored in a scrambled (hashed) form and I cannot read it.
• How you found us. We note which guide you were reading when you joined, and which guides you read while signed in, so we can send more useful messages.
• Messages you send. If you use a contact form, we keep your name, email and what you write.
• Technical data. Your IP address and browser details appear in server logs and in our security tools. Failed sign-in attempts may be checked against a location lookup to protect the site.
• Cookies. We use cookies to keep you signed in and to make pages load quickly.

How we use it

• To create and protect your account and let you read the guides.
• To send you a confirmation email and onboarding messages about the site.
• To reply to your messages and to book calls.
• To keep the site secure and to understand which guides are useful.

Who helps us

We use service providers to run the site and send email, including web hosting, an automation service, email sending and outreach tools, and a booking calendar. They process data on our behalf. We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep account details while your account is open. Contact messages are kept as long as needed to answer you and keep a record of our work together. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Your choices

• Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
• To see, correct or delete your data, or to close your account, email wesleyswann@gmail.com from the address on your account.

Children

The site is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
